Our Process

HOME SELECTION: Selecting and securing your new home

  1. The first step to your new home is selecting a floor plan, exterior elevation design, home site, structural options and any other selections necessary for securing a building permit for your new home.
  2. To secure your home you will enter into a contract, leave a deposit, and complete the preapproval process with our preferred lenders.

DESIGN PROCESS: Design Selections

Once in contract, you will begin the interior design process of personalizing your new home.

  1. Preliminary meeting to review all builder and design center options.
  2. Let's wrap it up! At this meeting, you will have made your selections and narrowed them down to your final list. Prior to moving forward with construction, you will need to sign-off on your final home selections and secure them with a deposit. Once sign off and payment have been received, all selections are final and cannot be changed.

  1. Foundation, framing, HVAC, electrical.
  2. Frame Walk
    1. Once rough construction is completed, an elite team member will schedule a frame walk with you through your new home. During this process, you are looking to ensure that your electrical, HVAC, plumbing and anything concealed behind walls are in the correct place. Any issues must be addressed at this time. After your frame walk has been signed off, we are unable to make modifications to the placement of equipment behind the walls.
  3. Finish Construction
    1. Once your frame walk is approved we will install drywall, interior design selections such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, and lighting fixtures.


While we put the finishing touches on your new home, you will make any final preparations for closing on your new home.

We will give you information on how to care for your new home so it will look great and operate correctly for years to come and inform you on how to submit any warranty requests.
